Girls are divided into divisions according to their grade. This program will play against other recreational teams from our surrounding communities in the Windmill Softball League (https://www.leaguelineup.com/welcome.asp?url=windmillfastpitchsoftball). Parent transportation is required. Coaches will contact their teams with practice times and team information. All player uniform hand out will take place at 6:00 pm in the LMMS Cafeteria on April 24. If it is your child's first time participating in the Windmill Softball League with the Lake Mills Recreation Department, there is a MANDATORY first year parent meeting directly following uniform hand out.

There is a coaches meeting on Tuesday, March 19 @ 6:15 pm at the LMRD Office (322 N. Main Street). All parents interested in coaching, assistant coaching or just wanting to help out with the team or possible fundraising ideas should attend.

U12 softball plays double headers (two games back to back) on Tuesday nights.

8th Grade Softball UPDATE: 3/5/24

LMRD offers softball for grades 5K-7th. For players in grades 8th and up, there are additional offerings available through windmill softball. Those who are interested should contact Ken Walters at windmill_softball@hotmail.com or by phone at (920) 650-1055.
